Alliance for Education Solutions: Administrative Assistant
Alliance for Education Solutions seeks an Administrative Assistant volunteer. This is a part-time position, with days and hours to be determined. Some of the work may be completed remotely, but most will need to be done in the office. Key responsibilities for this position include communication, record system keeping, financial/bookkeeping assistance, and general office duties. Qualifications for this position are as follows: 2+ years of related experience, knowledge in office operations, demonstrated organization skills, experience in event planning, ability to transition among a variety of responsibilities and deadlines, and someone who is culturally sensitive/able to develop a rapport with individuals from diverse sectors. Please note, a minimum of a six month commitment is expected of volunteers in this position.
